Our heavy duty racks are robust and durable shelving systems that are designed to store a variety of goods and products in industrial warehouse. Designed with wide beam of 2500mm, 3000mm and 3500mm for greater access for bulky items and has a maximum load of 2500kg uniformly distributed load per tier.
The most common methods of storage where the cargos are packed on the pallets are place directly on the beam . Plywood deck coupled with support bars can be used on each tier to store loose cargos to maximise space utilisation.
Our double deep racking system can also setup consisting of two or four back to back racks to increase storage capacity.
