Orders & Payment

To place an order with us, simply register for an account on our website and select the item you want. Specify your preferred options and click the “Add to Cart” option. Once you have done with your shopping cart, follow the step by step instructions on your screen to complete your purchase.

We currently accept:

  • Any credit or debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, Amex and UnionPay
  • Paynow
  • Alipay
  • Cash on delivery

You will receive an email stated your order has been received. We will proceed to prepare your order and arrange in advance with you on the delivery date & time.

Certainly!  You can amend your order by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the original delivery date.

Do note that these changes to your existing delivery are subject to stock availability and delivery lead time. 

You can check your order status or order history by logging in to your account on our website.

Log in to your accounting by clicking “Sign in” on the top right corner on the website

Click “Order” and you are able to view all your order status / history


Simply go to the “My  Shopping Cart” page after selecting the item(s) you wish to purchase.

In the coupon code field (located under the list of item(s) you have selected), enter the coupon code you received from us. Click “ Apply coupon” to apply the discount.

Please note that coupons codes are subjected to terms and conditions, which may include a minimum spend requirement, expiry date, and restrictions on usage. Make sure to check the terms and conditions carefully before using your coupons code.

Please note that the terms and conditions of the promotion you received may not be applicable to the item(s) you’re purchasing. Some reasons why a voucher code may not work include:

  • The minimum spend requirement has not been met for qualifying items in your cart
  • The discount was applied to items that are not eligible for the promotion
  • The “Add” button was not clicked to apply the discount
  • The discount code has expired
  • The promotion has ended

Shipping & Self Collection

Yes, you may wish to self-collect. Please contact us to check on the stock availability before arranging a time for the self-collection.  

You can contact us to amend your shipping address at least 48 hours prior to the original delivery date or before your desired new delivery date.

Please note that the processing and subsequent approval of all requests are subject to Rackwerx delivery schedule, discretion, and additional delivery charges (if any) may apply. 

Returns & Refunds

You may return your purchase to us within 7 days of the date you received the item, subject to the return eligibility. We will arrange for the item to be collect back for you. Simply contact us with your order reference   number and we will get back in touch with you.

Return Eligibility

  • Within 7 days after delivery
  • Item in new condition
  • Original packaging.

The following condition are NOT eligible for return

  • Items that has been removed from their original packaging
  • Products damaged after receipt of delivery
  • Customised products
  • Self – assembly items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we will arrange for a prompt replacement. Please contact us with your order reference number within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return Amount

You will be refunded the follow amount:

Refunded amount = Final paid product price –  Collection fee – Restocking fee ( $15% of Final Paid Price )

Return Process

Email us at sales@thevinsservices.com.sg with your order reference number, and wait for us to get back to you within 1 – 3 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item. Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the return eligibility conditions will be rejected.

After item is returned to our warehouse, we aim to process all refunds within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods.

The date and time of the pickup of the item you wish to return will be allocated to you, subject to the availability of our logistic resources. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Rackwerx, requests for returns made directly at our warehouse/showroom will not be entertained.
